Have worked on multiple projects in my entire career in the United Kingdom. With dedication and professionalism, I was promoted to Facade manager in almost every project that I worked on. In a span of three years, completed a wide range of projects under my leadership with team members ranging from 6 to 35 operatives. Established Design and Engineering office for Alufix UK in Mumbai, India. Hired and Formed a team of 40 experienced Indian operatives from Dubai and trained them in the U.K. With considerable experience in facade project management and team leadership, I was capable of navigating multiple systems for clients and project undertaking.

About Founder
Shubhankar Seth is the founder of Frontage Facade. He has done his Bachelors in Civil Engineering with a Master’s degree in Construction and Project Management with Industrial Internship from Queens University of Belfast, U.K. Shubhankar started his Project Managerial career in the U.K. 7 years ago and has proved himself to prioritize work in challenging and busy environment with a positive attitude.
He is a highly organized, conscientious professional giving tremendous attention to detail. Shubhankar has a broad skill sets which has made him a strong executive while working with experienced colleagues from around the globe. CITB - Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme, NPORS- Crane/ Lift Supervisor, PASMA, IPAF, HSE- First Aid at Level 3, PRINCE2 Project Management, CFA- Certified Pull Out Tester, PAT and Face Fit Tester along with training in Siderise Cavity Barrier are some of his professional training he has gained with working in the U.K. Industry.
Ensuring Quality and completing projects before the programmed time of the project without compromising with Site Safety are his key endeavours he has achieved in his career. With a proven track record example of completing a 1.5 Year Project in the U.K. in 6 months with less workforce while handling enormous amount of workload and plants and equipment handling single handedly is another milestone achievement by Shubhankar Seth.
